New report warns that fragmented provincial licensing is making it harder for players to identify regulated gambling operators.

According to the research, this fragmented structure creates significant confusion for consumers, particularly as licensed and unlicensed operators often appear almost identical to first-time users.
Independent Testing Reveals Common Problems
The report is based on first-hand testing carried out by Lugoni through argenpress.info.

The research found that operators most frequently failed in three critical areas:

- Improve access to independent, evidence-based information that helps players verify operators before registering.
According to Lugoni, helping players clearly distinguish regulated operators from unlicensed alternatives will become increasingly important as Argentina’s online gambling market continues to expand.
“Player trust is built through transparency,” Lugoni concluded. “The easier it becomes to identify safe operators, the stronger Argentina’s regulated market will become.”
