2. Billing & Pricing

  • Currency: All prices are typically quoted in USD unless otherwise specified on the checkout page.
  • VAT (Value Added Tax): In accordance with Israeli law, transactions made by customers located in Israel are subject to VAT at the current prevailing rate. For international customers, VAT is generally not applicable, though you are responsible for any local taxes or bank fees in your jurisdiction.

3. Distribution Credits

If you purchase a “Credit Package” or “Bulk Distribution Plan”:

  • Validity: Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in your specific service agreement.
  • Expiration: Unused credits after the 12-month period will expire and are non-refundable.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital and immediate nature of press release syndication:

  • Pre-Distribution: You may request a refund for any unused distribution credits within 14 days of purchase, provided no services have been rendered.
  • Post-Distribution: Once a press release has been distributed to our network and publishers, the service is considered “rendered,” and no refunds will be issued.
  • Israeli Consumer Protection Law: Our refund policy operates in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) regarding the cancellation of digital services.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to contact our support team via Telegram or Email to resolve any billing discrepancies. PlayNewswire reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts associated with “unjustified” chargebacks (e.g., chargebacks filed after a PR has already been distributed).
  • Seek reimbursement for any fees incurred by the Company as a result of a disputed transaction.

6. Authorization

By clicking “Pay” or “Confirm Purchase,” you authorize PlayNewswire. to charge the designated credit card for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes or transaction fees.
