(the “Company” or “Media Fuse”), and shall also apply with regards to all branded wire services operated by the Company, including:  Chainwire (https://chainwire.org/), FinanceWire (https://financewire.com/), CyberNewsWire (https://cybernewswire.com/), GamingWire (https://gamingwire.io/), PlayNewsWire (https://playnewswire.com), and any other wire brand and Service offered by the Company  (Individually and Collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “WEBSITE”, “WE”, “OUR”, OR “US”).

 

We provide an automated service for PR agencies, to upload documents to the website and submit them as press release announcements for wire distribution, to the publishers and websites that are integrated with us (the “Service”).  We treat all information collected by, or transmitted to us with care, in particular, personally identifiable information, and this Policy describes how, when, and why we collect such information. (App’s) use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google services are used to store Press Releases on a dedicated Google Drive account. These documents can be shared with our partners, clients and publishers.

 

Access to Google Drive–hosted documents is restricted to authorized personnel and trusted partners solely for the purpose of providing the Media Fuse Services. Information obtained through Google APIs is not used for advertising or any other secondary purpose.

 

USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will store your Personal Information in our system and use it for the following purposes only:

  • Managing the administrative aspects of the services, providing you with support, handling complaints and contacting you;
