Kiwanis donate funds for ADA accessible outdoor drinking fountain for Hug Your People Park

The club contacted Sharon Phillips, of the City of Zachary, and Beetle Fisher, Hug Your People Park committee chairman, regarding the purchase of an Americans with Disabilities Act accessible outdoor drinking fountain for the new city-owned park on Lee Street. ‘The parkgoers will now be able to enjoy a new drinking fountain to quench their thirst while at the playground,’ Phillips said.
