Arlington’s Playground of Dreams torn down after ‘grave safety concerns’

Arlington residents were shocked and heartbroken when their Playground of Dreams, built in 2006 by hundreds of volunteers, was torn down. “Grave safety concerns” forced the closure of the playground last week. The city is now figuring out what comes next for the spot at 5936 Chester St.
